The PneumaticPlus SAF200-N02B is a miniature compressed air particulate filter and water separator for your air compressor line. Fitted with a 10 Micron filter element and 1/4" NPT inlet/outlet ports, this compressed air filter is rated for 39 SCFM at 90 PSI and comes with a polycarbonate bowl and manual drain plus a mounting bracket. This inline air filter is built to deliver cleaner, drier shop air and protect your air tools, spray equipment, and pneumatic components from dust, dirt, rust, and pipe scale. As a particulate filter it traps solid contaminants down to the 10 Micron rating, while the bowl acts as a built-in water separator / water trap that knocks out bulk liquid water and condensate and collects it for draining. Please note: this filter removes bulk liquid moisture, not fine water vapor. For paint spraying, instrumentation, plasma cutting, or any application that requires completely dry air, add a coalescing filter and an air dryer downstream. The SAF200-N02B ships with a 10 Micron element as standard, with optional 2, 5, 10, 20, and 40 Micron replacement elements available so you can match the filtration grade to your air quality needs; from general workshop air to finer air preparation. Its modular design lets you connect the SAF200-N02B to PneumaticPlus SAR Series air pressure regulators, SAL Series lubricators, and additional filters such as coalescing filters, dedicated water separators, or extra particulate stages using Modular Spacer brackets, so you can build a complete multi-stage Filter Regulator Lubricator (FRL) air preparation system.
