Special Features

  • Specifications: 7-1/4 inch fiber cement dedicated blade with standard 5/8" arbor opening and 4 precision ground PCD diamond teeth. Core parameters: 0.087" kerf, 0.057" plate thickness, 12° hook angle, rated max speed 8,000 RPM. This kerf width reduces material removal volume, eases motor burden and extends usable runtime for corded and cordless saws.
  • Balanced Abrasive Material Cutting Performance: Premium alloy steel plate limits bending during long-hour dusty cement cutting. Ultra-wear PCD diamond tips lower friction wear when cutting siding and cement backer, reducing downtime from dull blades on remodeling sites.
  • Optimized 4T Large Chip PCD Tooth Geometry: 4 wide clearance PCD teeth balance fast cutting speed and dust removal for exterior remodeling work. Compatible with siding, cement backer board, fireproof board and thin fiber composite panels, suited for professional exterior fitters and hobbyist remodelers.
  • Long-Term Handheld Exterior Construction Use: 0.057" moderate plate thickness delivers stable rotation without excessive weight on handheld saws. The 8,000 RPM speed rating reserves proper safety tolerance for daily jobsite cement panel cutting. Precision ground PCD teeth retain reliable finish after repeated abrasive fiber cement cutting.
  • Universal Handheld Saw Compatibility: Standard 5/8" industry arbor fits nearly all mainstream 7-1/4 inch corded and cordless handheld circular saws, enabling quick blade change during siding, cement backer and exterior trim installation.
  • Note: A typo ("Fiber Cemient" vs. "Fiber Cement") appears on a batch of our blades. This does not affect performance, quality, or specifications. We apologize for the error.
