Special Features

  • Alternative mounting kit for your toolbox when the stock set needs repair: comes assembled, drop-in original extruder.
  • Compatible with all hotends of U1 printer, driven by hardened steel gears to increase extrusion force and prevent slipping. Built-in material breakage detection component, which can monitor the status of filament in real time and reduce the risk of printing failure.
  • The entire design is pre-assembled for easy replacement and maintenance.
  • Install steps: the extruder unit is located inside the toolhead. First, remove the tool-head, prepare H1.5 H2.0 unscrew the tool, detach the tool head from the docking bracket. Secondly, Remove the PCB, remove top and back cover, disconnect the cables, and remove the PCB and OEM extrusion. Finally install the new one.
  • Please note: when installing the PCB, please be sure the cables that the motor filament detection, calibration sensor, fan ceramic heater, and thermistor are connecting correctly.
