One Governor for one motor only.
When the power is on, please turn the governor (controller) to the maximum scale,so to start the vibrating motor, and then adjust it from the highest to the minimum according to your need.
It may not possible to start a vibrating motor form a low speed state. It can only be started at a high speed state.
For the model Governor -PA with no switching function, please remember to shut down the power supply after the motor stops turning.
