Each box contains ten AMMO TABS, the core desiccant tile measuring 2 inches by 4 inches at 3mm thick. The tabs are sealed in pairs inside five metallic vapor-proof pouches, ensuring full absorption capacity remains intact until the moment of use. When ready to deploy, the user tears open one vapor-proof pouch, removes both AMMO TABS, and inserts them into one of the included AMMO DRI shield pouches — a micro-perforated, resealable zip-lock sleeve that keeps the tabs contained while allowing free airflow with the surrounding storage environment. The complete kit includes five shield pouches, enough to protect up to five separate storage containers from a single box. The fiber desiccant core is made from a fiber matrix cellulose combined with calcium polymers, a high-capacity moisture-binding agent widely used in industrial and food-grade humidity control. The tabs are flat, lightweight, and lay discreetly inside ammo cans without consuming usable storage space.
