Description

CD2046-LH , A2L Refrigerant Tank Adapter , LH Reverse Thread. The A2L refrigerants, R-32 and R-454B, have adopted left-handed connections for their tanks. These new refrigerants are categorized as slightly flammable, so left-handed connections were implemented to differentiate them from A1, non-flammable refrigerants. As the industry adopts these new refrigerants, A2L Tank Adapters incorporate left-handed connections so a service technician can safely charge A2L refrigerant systems.
