  • 【1045 Heat-Tempered Blade】 Hand forged from 1045 carbon steel and heat-tempered for a tough, flexible blade with a visible wavy pattern near the edge. Hand-sharpened, suited to tameshigiri (cutting tatami and bamboo), with a bo-hi each side.
  • 【Wave Tsuba & Rayskin Handle】 A solid tsuba in a flowing wave motif; the wood handle is wrapped over genuine rayskin (samegawa) and black cotton ito with a menuki for a secure two-handed grip on the shorter wakizashi.
