  • Our steam label shrink machine has a production capacity of 5000-7000 bottles/hour and delivers uniform 167-185℉ heat, which can wrap PP/POF/PE labels tightly around the product, achieving a smooth, no-wrinkles, good finish that enhances product shelf appeal
  • This shrink machine includes a 18KW steam generator featuring an automatic water replenishment pump and float-level detection. It continuously supplies 24kg/h of stable 0-100℃ steam while the spring-loaded security valve and over-pressure overflow port protect your workshop
  • The adjustable dual-layer guide rails (max width 9cm / 3.5 inches) easily adapt to your changing product lines. The conveyor speed is fully adjustable (0-12m/min) , and there is no height restriction—simply lay bottles down for complete label coverage
  • Simplify operator training with the intuitive control panel: One-key start, independent speed control, and clear power/heating/water/alarm indicators on the steam generator. The shrink machine includes an emergency stop button and a removable drain tray that collects condensate through four hooks, keeping your floor dry and reliable
  • Both the generator and shrink machine are made of 304 stainless steel, rust-resistant and easy to clean. Daily maintenance is simple: drain waste water through the rear outlet (keep discharge pressure at 0.1Mpa). Note: This machine requires hardwiring to an air switch (plug not included). Adjustable feet (2" range) ensure stable operation on uneven floors
