Use steps:
1. Put one end of the winding belt into the winding machine;
2. Place the packing strap at the bottom, raise the handle with the right hand, insert the packing strap, and release the handle;
3. Press the tension button and release the button when the belt tension is reached;
4. Press the welding button and release it immediately. The tape will be welded and the excess tape will be cut;
5. Lift the belt release handle and pull out the packer from the right side;
