The Carlisle Six Star 660003 black polyethylene (PE) tabletop food bar is approximately 4-ft. long, rests on a tabletop to display food while keeping it fresh and cool for hours, and is NSF listed. The bar is made of molded polyethylene and contains polyurethane foam insulation to help maintain a cool basin temperature when it is filled with ice. The textured exterior resists scratches and cleans easily. The bar material is free of BPA (Bisphenol A) to address food safety concerns raised by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other organizations.
The two-piece sneeze guard offers a full view of the spread while providing protection for the food. The guard is made of acrylic, which is similar in appearance to glass and resists shattering and impact. Sneeze-guard end posts with acrylic shields extend the food protection to the ends of the bar.
