Palo Santo
Hold 1 stick and ignite it.
Let it burn for 10–30 seconds until fully lit, then gently fan to extinguish all open flames.
Once white smoke appears, place in a burner for cleansing & purification.
(May also be waved around space, objects or body.)
Notes
Palo Santo contains resin; initial black smoke is normal. White smoke will form after flames are out.
Do NOT place open flames in an off-white burner to avoid staining.
Unlike regular wood, it uses smoke from extinguished embers. Reignite as needed — a calming ritual.
Herb Bundles (Sage / Cedar / Lavender)
Unwrap bundle, take 3–5 leaves (adjust for space).
Ignite with a match, gently shake to put out flames. Place in burner once smoking; repeat as necessary.
Herbs do not burn continuously — smoke provides cleansing energy.

Keep room ventilated during use.
Avoid touching hot containers; allow to cool first.
