All you need are 3 dice, at least 3 players, and 3 chips (or more) per player. Chips can be replaced with coins or anything else you like.

Choose a player to start rolling the dice. The symbols on the dice determine where your chips will go.
“L” (Left): Pass one chip to the player on your left.
“R” (Right): Pass one chip to the player on your right.
“★” (Center): Place one chip into the center pot.
“●” (Dot): Do nothing. Your chips are safe.

How Many Dice to Roll?
Roll 3 dice if you have 3 or more chips.
Roll 1 or 2 dice if you have only 1 or 2 chips.

What If You Lose All Your Chips? If you run out of chips, you are not out! Skip your turn, but stay in the game. You can receive chips from others and rejoin.

How to Win The last player holding any chips wins immediately. That player wins all the chips in the center pot without needing to roll again.
