  • EXPANDS SOFT COPPER IN 12 SECONDS: One-button, one-hand operation expands soft or annealed copper tubing from 3/8 in to 1-1/8 in OD in just 12 seconds — no manual effort, no inconsistent results, no second set of hands required. Built-in automatic pressure relief ensures repeatable, fitting-free expansion geometry every time, protecting the tube from splitting on compression-critical connections.
  • TYPE-C SHARED BATTERY PLATFORM: The NTE11L2 runs on the NBF3 Type-C lithium battery (7.2V, 2Ah) — the same battery used by the NAVAC NEF6L2 Power Flaring Tool and NTB7L2 Power Tube Bender. One battery platform powers your entire cordless NAVAC kit. Charge via any USB-C power source. Up to 200 expansions per charge. Compatible with all NAVAC 7.2V BreakFree tools.
  • 7 QUICK-CONNECT HEADS INCLUDED: Seven quick-connect heads cover every standard HVACR copper tube size: 3/8 in, 1/2 in, 5/8 in, 3/4 in, 7/8 in, 1 in, and 1-1/8 in OD. Head changes take seconds with no tools required — switch sizes on the fly without interrupting workflow. Expand capability to 1-1/4 in, 1-3/8 in, 1-1/2 in, and 1-5/8 in OD with optional expander heads (sold separately).
  • LIGHTWEIGHT WITH LED LIGHT AND BATTERY INDICATOR: At just 3.4 lbs with battery installed, the NTE11L2 works comfortably in tight mechanical rooms, ceiling cavities, and confined equipment spaces where heavier hydraulic tools can't go. The integrated LED flashlight illuminates dark work areas and the battery power indicator tells you exactly how much charge remains before you start a run.
  • UPGRADE FROM NTE11L: The NTE11L2 replaces the NTE11L with the new NBF3 Type-C battery platform — replacing proprietary charging with universal USB-C compatibility. Expander heads are forward-compatible. Included: 7 quick-connect expander heads, NBF3 Type-C battery, carry case.
