Model:
CAT C-10,C-12,C-15,C-16,C-18 and 3406E Engines. (The new puller bridge can be used on all three engines)
This high-quality tool group is used to remove and install injector sleeves.

Instruction:
Remove the injector sleeves:
1,Clean all spare parts,
2,Install the puller stud into injector sleeve,
3,Install the puller bridge,thrust bearing,hard washer,nut on puller stud in turn,
4,Tighten the nut in order to pull the injector sleeve out of the cylinder head.
5,Remove puller stud from the injector sleeve.

Install the injector sleeves:
1,Clean the bore in the cylinder head,
2,Apply retaining compound to the surface of the injector sleeve (not the cylinder head surface),
3,Lubricate the O-ring with engine oil,
4,Rotate the puller stud into the threads of electronic injector sleeve,
5,Put the puller stud and the electronic injector sleeve in the cylinder head ,
6,Put on driver cap and hit with a hammer to install the electronic unit injector sleeve into the cylinder head.
