When to Replace:
The sun visor hook breaks after years of UV exposure and repeated use, causing the visor to sag, fall, or rattle while driving. If the retention hook on the clip has snapped off or the clip is loose inside the headliner, replacement is required. The plastic typically fails after 10 to 15 years due to UV photo-oxidation and becomes brittle in cold temperatures.

Verify clip dimensions and hole diameter (12 mm) match your existing part before ordering. Aftermarket tolerances may vary slightly from OEM.
DOES NOT FIT vehicles with Desert or tan interior color (use 96409-EA00A Desert/Cafe Latte version for those).

Factory interior color variation exists between model years and trims. Medium-light gray matches most factory gray interiors but may differ slightly from factory graphite (darker) interior of Frontier/Pathfinder/Xterra.
