The predrilled holes let you determine the height and angle. To allow for universal fitment holes are not drilled for the seat or floor mount. The included hardware is for bracket assembly only. Additional hardware will be necessary for installation. Make sure to measure the distance between mounting holes to ensure they fit the 13 in. long by 2 in. wide bracket. This kit is for 1 seat.
