Doc's Diesel CCV Filter D804431 is a direct-fit replacement for the 2025-2026 Ram 2500, 3500, 4500, and 5500 with the 6.7 L Cummins ISB engine. This is a new-generation platform only and is not compatible with 2024 and earlier model years. The crankcase ventilation filter captures oil aerosol and blow-by gases before they re-enter the intake system, preventing carbon buildup on intake valves, oil fouling of intercooler cores, and accelerated DPF loading. This filter replaces Fleetguard CV52004 and MOPAR 68677813AA with no modifications required. The kit includes the filter element, O-ring, and gasket. Recommended replacement is every 67,500 mi under normal duty or every 45,000 mi for heavy towing and fleet use.
