This Microwave Door Interlock Support holds the door interlock switch. This part is designed to be used with select microwave brands, including Whirlpool®, JennAir®, KitchenAid® and Maytag®; check to see if your model number is compatible. We strongly recommend that you hire a qualified technician to safely install this part. Replacing this part will require advanced mechanical training. Specialized tools, complex testing and appliance calibration may be required. Helpful Tip: The old interlock cam plate may not work properly in the new style switch holder. Install a new style cam with the new holder.
