Recommended Pressure:

2. (6 bar - 9 bar): Gradually increase pressure to balance the acidity and sweetness of the coffee.
3. (9 bar - 12 bar): High-pressure, slow extraction extracts more oils and flavor compounds, producing a rich coffee liquid.
