The frying pan is coated with a non-stick ceramic interior, which significantly avoid food sticking to the pan when cooking. Boil with water before first use, then rub with oil and let sit overnight to prepare the ceramic coating. And this coating is very environmentally friendly, the surface doesn't come off easily. This can make the non-stick pan more durable.
Use silicone, wood, or plastic utensils — avoid metal spatulas that can scratch and damage the ceramic coating. Cook on low to medium heat; titanium doesn't require high heat for even cooking.
The handle of the pot is foldable, saving more space and making it easier to carry for outdoor camping use. The handle is also made of pure titanium and should be used on high fires such as stoves/grills. Please wear gloves before handling the handle to avoid burns.
These flat bottomed pans have a smooth surface, making them easy to clean and maintain. Can be washed in the dishwasher, but washing hands can prolong the coating life.
