Chests contain extra-thick foam plastic insulation core. It takes 6 days for 90 lb of dry ice to sublimate to 5 lb in AO-03721-00 03721-02; 10 days for 155 lb in AO-03721-00 03721-00; and 15 days for 215 lb in AO-03721-00 03720-00. Models 03721-00 and 03721-02 have handles for easy carrying. Nsf certified. Order dollies separately for improved mobility.
