  • Please Note: Due to prolonged vibration of the machine, the hot end components may be damaged in a short period of time, so we have designed a tighter clip, which requires forceful pressing of the hot end during installation to ensure that it is fully aligned with the components before the clamp can be easily secured or heat the components first. Designed specifically for A1 series 3D printers, no compatible with X1/X1C/X1E/X1-carbon/P1S/P1P/H2D combo
  • The hot end heated kit supports quick swap of the hotend. A quick clamping mechanism is used to secure the heater block and heating base, enabling easy separation of the thermal and electronic components of the hotend, and can be disassembled and assembled without the help of tools
  • The hot end heat set can heat the hotend up to 300℃ and measure the real-time temperature of the hotend with the included thermistor, suitable for multiple 1.75mm filaments print, such as PLA/PETG/ABS/TPU etc
  • When to Use: The Hotend Heating Assembly is wrapped in plastic due to a print failure. The heater or thermistor is not working anymore. The hotend metal latch is not working anymore
  • Easy to remove and install, you need to open the tool-head housing, disconnect connection cable, remove silicone sock and hotend, remove the extruder screws, remove the right cable cover, after removing the 3 screws, remove the hotend heating assembly, can direct replace new.
