Description
A derivative of terbutaline, this compound inhibits BChE (with an IC50 of 3.9 nM for the human enzyme), delays histamine-induced collapse in guinea pigs at doses of 1 and 2 mg/kg, and fully blocks ovalbumin-induced changes in dynamic compliance and pulmonary resistance in sensitized guinea pigs at 10 mg/kg.
