Description

This Reverse Osmosis Deionization (RODI) Filter Replacement Kit provides a complete 4 stage water purification solution for aquarium RO/DI systems. The kit includes a sediment filter, activated carbon block, high rejection TFC RO membrane, and color changing mixed bed DI resin to deliver ultra pure water for saltwater and reef aquariums. Incoming water first passes through the sediment and carbon stages to remove particles and chlorine that can damage the RO membrane. The Thin Film Composite (TFC) membrane, constructed from polyamide material, removes up to 98% of dissolved contaminants, significantly reducing Total Dissolved Solids before final polishing. In the last stage, nuclear grade DI resin reduces TDS to 0 ppm, producing water suitable for sensitive marine and reef environments. Designed to standard 10 inch specifications, these replacement cartridges are compatible with Aquatic Life RO systems and most standard RO/DI units, offering easy installation, reliable performance, and consistent water quality for aquarium use
