Q-main pipeline filter is used to protect the entire system before the air compressor, aftercooler or freeze dryer filter, which can filter out a large amount of liquid and solid particles larger than 3 microns, achieving the lowest residual oil content of only 5PPMW/W.
P-air duct filter is a kind of ultra-high efficiency oil removal filter that removes moisture and particles from equipment, machinery, motors, cylinders and before or after adsorption dryers. It can filter out liquid and solid particles as small as 1 micron, and achieve the lowest residual oil content of only 0.5PPMW/W
S-ultra-high efficiency oil removal filter is usually used upstream of adsorption dryer or refrigeration dryer to ensure that the air used in the system is completely oil-free. It can filter out liquid and solid particles as small as 0.01 micron, and achieve the lowest residual oil content of only 0.01PPMW/W. Air duct filter is equipped upstream to protect P.
Note: This filter element is a low-pressure filter element and can be used at 10 kg air pressure. If the air pressure exceeds 10 kg, a high-pressure filter element must be used, otherwise it will be dangerous!
