Description
Antibodies intended for animal use, when fluorescently labeled, have more demanding criteria than those used for other applications. The SAIVI Rapid Antibody Labeling Kits are uniquely crafted to meet these stringent requirements, offering precise control over the degree of labeling (DOL). This is achieved by limiting the number of fluorescent molecules attached to the antibody (Figure 1). It's crucial to restrict the DOL for in vivo applications to enhance the desired signal at the target location while minimizing liver accumulation (Figure 2). Antibodies labeled using the SAIVI Rapid Antibody Labeling Kit are perfect for in vivo use.
