Description
SuperHotTaq DNA Polymerase HC is a highly specific recombinant Taq polymerase. It allows room temperature reaction setup due to blocking with anti-Taq DNA polymerase monoclonal antibodies. Fragments up to 5 kb can be amplified, yielding PCR products free of unspecific products and primer-dimers. It's suitable for amplifying complex genomic and cDNA templates. High concentrated variants are ideal for diagnostic kit production or lab-on-a-chip applications, while the glycerol-free variant is particularly suitable for lyophilization.
