From Cell Biologics, these Canine Primary Mammary Epithelial Cells are derived from beagle dog breast tissue, cultured in gelatin-coated flasks with Cell Biologics' Complete Growth Medium. At passage 3, cells are cryo-preserved in vials, each containing 0.5x10^6 cells per ml, delivered frozen. Characterized by ZO-1 antibody staining, these cells are free from bacteria, yeast, fungi, and mycoplasma, and can be expanded for 3-5 passages at a 1:2 split ratio. Cell culture conditions specified by Cell Biologics should be followed, and repeated freezing and thawing is not advised.
