These MGMN200‑M grooving inserts are designed for precision CNC lathe grooving and parting operations. Each insert features an M‑style clamp groove and an effective width of 2.0 mm, making them ideal for creating narrow grooves or cutting off workpieces. The inserts are manufactured from high‑performance tungsten carbide and coated using a TiAlN‑based PVD process, which provides excellent wear resistance and heat stability.

Three grade options allow you to match the insert to the material and cutting conditions:

NC3020 – Fine‑grain substrate with a tough PVD coating; recommended for semi‑finishing and finishing of carbon and alloy steels.

NC3030 – Tougher carbide substrate with a thicker coating; suitable for medium load or interrupted cuts on steel.

PC9030 – Optimized for stainless steels and high‑temperature alloys; offers high heat resistance and reduced built‑up edge tendency.
