Product Description
1. The matching structure of POM and metal gears. The high-speed stage uses POM gears to reduce gear transmission noise, and the low-speed stage uses metal gears to ensure the reliability of the gears.
2. After the switch is in place, the internal power supply is automatically cut off and does not operate. It has a long service life and the number of switches can reach more than 100,000 times.
3. The integrated design of limit and mechanical limit has high positioning accuracy and consistency, eliminating the possibility of continuous rotation of the actuator.
4. The actuator and valve can be assembled at multiple angles, making it more convenient for space allocation requirements and use.
5. The ball valve adopts a floating sealing structure with no leakage and large flow. The valve body is a two-way ball valve with no inlet and outlet. It is suitable for occasions with heavy dirt and long-term inactivity.
6. An alternative to solenoid valves - automatically cuts off power when fully open or fully closed; this reduces the possibility of overheating, making it an excellent alternative for projects that require the valve to be open for long periods of time

Notice:
1. ADC9-24V voltage type can be connected to 4 voltages: AC12V, AC24V, DC12V, and DC24V.
CR01: 2-wire type, (forward and reverse connection)
Voltage: DC12V, DC24V
Note: SW is a double control switch
1. SW is connected to OPEN, and the valve opens; when in place, the internal power supply is automatically cut off, and the valve remains open.
2. SW is connected to CLOSE, and the valve is closed; when in place, the internal power supply is automatically cut off, and the valve remains closed.
CR02: 3-wire type, (three-wire two-control mode)
Voltage: DC12V, DC24V
1. SW is connected to OPEN, and the valve opens. After reaching the position, the internal power supply is automatically cut off, and the valve remains open.
2. When SW is connected to CLOSE, the valve is closed. When in place, the internal power supply is automatically cut off and the valve remains closed.
CR03: 3-wire type, (three wires and one control method)
Voltage: DC12V, DC24V, AC220V, ADC9-24V
Note: If the power supply is a DC power supply, the red wire needs to be connected to the positive pole and the green wire needs to be connected to the negative pole.
1. SW is closed and the valve is opened. After reaching the position, the internal power supply is automatically cut off and the valve remains fully closed.
2. SW is disconnected and the valve is closed. After reaching the position, the internal power supply is automatically cut off and the valve remains fully closed.
CR04: 2 lines, (power off reset mode)
Voltage: DC12V, DC24V, AC220V, ADC9-24V
Note: POWER is an external working power supply, and a capacitor is used internally as a backup power supply. The charging time is fast and it can work in situations with high switching frequency.
