Function: Keeping the 496-5 filter in your vehicle clean reduces damage to the engine and other fuel delivery components. 30 micron, provides high flow rate and excellent filtration efficiency, protecting the fuel from particles such as rust, sand, dirt and water.
With protective film: prevent the filter element from being damaged or deformed under pressure.
Features: Top of cover is marked with 1" NPT fittings for inlet and outlet.
Others: Using the 495-4 fuel tank filter cup, you can easily and intuitively monitor the fuel flow. When the filter element needs to be replaced, the fuel flow will slow down. There is a drain valve at the bottom to facilitate drainage.

Install:
1. Attach the filter top cap to the opening marked "IN" on the tank valve.
2. Connect the hose and nozzle to the filter opening marked "OUT".
3. When installing the filter element and filter cup, apply a layer of oil on both sides of the gasket.
4. These parts should only be tightened by hand. Overtightening the filter bowl will make it difficult to remove later.
5. After assembly, check for leaks.
