The Canine IL-2 Simplex ProcartaPlex Kit quantifies IL-2 protein and combines with other Simplex kits to create custom multiplex panels using Luminex xMAP technology. When mixing kits, one buffer kit is required per assay plate. This kit employs Luminex xMAP technology to simultaneously detect and quantify up to 80 protein targets in a single 25-50 μL sample from various bodily fluids. Luminex beads in the ProcartaPlex assay feature unique spectral signatures created by internal dyes, enabling identification by Luminex xMAP detection systems.
