  • This is the inner endcap which also keeps the dial locked and from moving freely. Also attached is the weight guard tab which connects to the dial that lifts the weights.
  • Does not include instructions. Many videos can be found online how to take apart and repair your dumbbells. Very easy to do with a just a couple tools.
