  • [Application]: The Thermal-free adsorption compressed air dryer is used for drying compressed air according to the principle of pressure change adsorption. 3-5mm Aluminium oxide is used as the adsorbent for removing moisture, oil and particle impurities from compressed air.
  • [High Quality]: Adopts thickened high-pressure resistant adsorption cylinder with large capacity design, efficient water removal, which is not easy to be corroded by sand blasting.
  • [Excellent Performance]: The treated air volume is 2.5 m3/min. Adopt high quality nylon hose, which pressure is 1.0MPa (40℃). Mobile pipe connection is more convenient. Good safety and easy maintenance.
  • [Intelligent Controller]: The air drying process is automatically controlled by the YX intelligent controller using advanced microcomputer technology to improve the air purification efficiency and reduce the power loss.
  • [Attention of Installation]: According to the foundation drawing to install it. Pay attention to the verticality of the cylinder. Need to be fastened and tightened the equipment after a period of use. Connecting inlet and exhaust pipes, filter and efficient oil remover should be as close as possible.non-safe voltage electrical parts shall be effectively grounded to ensure safety. The muffler shall be connected to the outside room.
