Special Features

  • [Application] This is a no-heat adsorption compressed air dryer. Aluminum oxide is used as adsorbent. The air dryer is used for removing moisture, oil and particle impurities from compressed air.
  • [Double Cylinder Structure] The dryer is a double cylinder structure and the cylinders are filled with adsorbent. When one adsorption cylinder is in the drying process, another adsorption cylinder is in the desorption process. At low temperature or high pressure, water is adsorbed (work), and water is desorbed at high temperature or low pressure (regeneration).
  • [Adsorption Process] Dry compressed air according to the principle of variable pressure adsorption. Under a certain pressure, the compressed air from bottom to up flowing the adsorbent (dry) bed, at low temperature and high pressure, the steam in the compressed air will transfer to the adsorbent surface. That is the process of adsorbent absorbing water in the air to balance so the compressed air is dry. This is the adsorption (work) process.
  • [Regeneration Process] Some of the dry air under pressure (reclaimed air) then contact with the adsorbent which is saturated with the adsorbed water. Water in the adsorbent turns to the regenerated air until balance so the adsorbent is dry. This is the desorption (regeneration) process.
  • [Programmable Controller] This machine adopts the advanced monolithic microcomputer technology, the running state is displayed visually, and the running time is displayed by the digital tube. A series of anti-interference measures are adopted inside the machine, which have high reliability in the industrial field operation. This machine is designed to be programmed, and the user can adjust and program the working cycle accordingly.
