(For larger products, use slower rates ≤2℃/min)
HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE - Alumina ceramics has good thermal stability, it can work in high temperature environment for a long time, alumina ceramic high temperature resistance can usually reach more than 1600 ° C, suitable for use in high temperature environment, such as electronic components, heating elements.
AVOID DIRECT FLAME / LOCALIZED HEATING - Do not heat directly with gasoline torches, acetylene guns, alcohol lamps, or by with hot objects, uneven heating causes cracking.
FIRST USE - Place in a ~105℃ oven for 120 minutes, or follow the process recipe for an initial empty firing to remove moisture/impurities.
