This rail mount adapter turns a flat base plate into a rail base. The adapter is a U shape, so it can wrap around a tube mount and the clamp by joining to the flat base. It is constructed out of black colored marine grade plastic. Measures approximately 3 7/8" L x 2" W x 1" H overall. It has (4) 1/4" countersunk mounting holes.
