Grade Q represents dust filtering,
grade P represents water mist filtering,
grade s represents oil mist filtering
grade C represents filtering odor
Q- main pipe filters are used to protect the entire system before the air compressor, the rear cooler, or the freeze dryer and other filters. A large number of liquid and more than 3 microns of solid particles can be filtered out to achieve the minimum residual oil content of only 5PPMW/W.
P- air piping filters are removed from the equipment, machinery, motors, cylinders, and a class of ultra high efficiency oil removal filters before or after an adsorption dryer to remove moisture and particles. Can filter out small to 1 liquid and solid particles, to achieve the minimum residual oil content is only 0.5PPMW/W
S- ultra high efficiency oil removal filter is usually used upstream of an adsorption dryer or a refrigeration dryer to ensure that the air used in the system is completely oil-free. Can filter out small to 0.01 liquid and solid particles, to achieve the minimum residual oil content is only 0.01PPMW/W, equipped with air pipe filters in the upstream to protect P.
Note: this filter is low pressure filter, 10 kg air pressure can be used. More than 10 kilograms of air pressure, must use high pressure filter, otherwise there will be dangerous!
