Special Features

  • Material: Made of zirconia oxide, it has good heat resistance, insulation and corrosion resistance, ensuring the high performance and reliability of ceramic balls.
  • Size: Diameter 1/4 inch (6.35mm), G10 precision grade, ball diameter tolerance ± 0.000010 inch, ensuring precise adaptation to equipment and reducing wear and failure caused by size deviation.
  • High performance: These zirconia oxide balls can withstand temperatures up to 1500 ℃, have good thermal stability, low coefficient of thermal expansion, and can withstand high temperature environments without deformation or melting.
  • Self-Lubricating: The alumina ceramic ball has a smooth surface, self-lubricating properties, and low friction coefficient, which can reduce energy consumption and wear, making the equipment run smoothly and quietly.
  • Application: Zirconia balls have applications in various industries, including bearings, pumps, valves, grinding media, fillers, electronic components, precision instruments, medical devices, etc.

Description

This ceramic balls are high-quality ceramic balls mainly composed of alumina (Al2O3), with a purity of 96% -99.8%. The diameter of the ball is 1/4 inch (6.35mm), with a tolerance of ± 0.000010 ", and it is a high-precision ball with an accuracy of G10 level. It has the characteristics of high hardness, high wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high compressive strength, and good thermal stability. It is usually made of alumina powder through rolling forming and isostatic pressing technology, and then calcined at 1600 degrees Celsius, and subjected to surface treatment such as grinding, polishing, acid washing, etc. This ceramic ball is widely used in fine grinding equipment such as ball mills as grinding media, polishing materials, and catalyst covering support materials and tower fillers in reactors.
