This is a 1/2" thick, 24" x 24" (measures 23.75" x 23.75") piece of King CuttingBoard plastic with raw, unfinished edges. It is natural (white), and has a matte finish on both the front and back surfaces.

MATERIAL INFORMATION
King CuttingBoard is a solid, high-density polyethylene sheet for food applications. It is the product of a proprietary process called K-Stran, the most advanced manufacturing process for superior flatness and consistency. King CuttingBoard has a natural matte finish on both sides of the sheet. The natural polyethylene color creates a clean and sanitary look that commercial food processing operations require. The non-porous surface does not absorb food odors. It is dishwasher safe and is easy to clean and sanitize. King CuttingBoard polymer sheet is NSF listed to meet requirements of commercial food processing operations for direct and indirect food contact.

MAINTENANCE INFORMATION
Wash regularly using a dishwasher or hot, soapy water. If using a nylon scrubby or stiff nylon brush. Scrub lightly; excess force can mar the finish. Sanitize with 1 teaspoon of bleach per 1 quart of water. Persistent stains will usually go away if you soak the area with bleach. Do not use 100% chlorine. To remove any surface stains on natural color cutting boards, occasionally, use a paste made from 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of water.
