H-groove bearings for precision general purpose parts compared with the general mechanical parts need to be more meticulous and careful installation and commissioning treatment.
1) Keep the bearing and its surrounding environment clean, as far as possible in closed or semi-enclosed conditions for installation and use;
2) The need to use suitable tools and methods (heating) to install bearings, to avoid savage knocks, to cause a strong impact on the bearing, damage the internal channel;
3) Keep the bearing well lubricated and use the appropriate lubricant;
4) Pay attention to bearing anti-rust, avoid use in wet places, installation and disassembly need to wear gloves;
5) Develop daily operating specifications for the use of bearings;
