It is a replacement top cap that fits any bike with a 1 1/8" unthreaded steerer tube.
Installation is extremely easy! remove the existing top cover using an hex key and replace with the new top cover using the bolts provided.
This product is a pretensioner for earphones. Bolts need only be tightened to 5-6mn. Over-tightening may damage your top cover or headphones.
