30-803099T1 Transom Bellows Repair Kit for Mercruiser Alpha One Gen 2 Sterndrives 816431A1 Repair kit designed for Alpha Gen 2 sterndrives manufactured from 1991 to present.Compatible with serial number ranges: 1991 through 1995 – 0D469859 to 0F679999, 1996 through 1997 – 0F680000 to 0K999999, and 1998 onward – 0L100040 and up.Kit includes bearing with housing and tolerance ring, greaseable type requiring a grease zerk on the transom.Also includes bell housing gasket, bearing, u-joint bellows, exhaust bellows, shift bellows, 3/4 inch water hose, sleeve, and stainless steel hose clamps.All components are included for complete transom service and bellows replacement.
