Rod End Spherical Radius: Approx. 25mm / 0.98in
Nominal Energy: 2207J (0.225Kgf.m)
Impact Spring Stiffness: 785±30N/m
Impact Hammer Stroke: 75.0±0.3mm
Maximum Friction Force of Pointer System: 0.5N-0.8N
Steel Anvil Calibration Rebound Tester: 80±2
Operating Temperature: -10℃~+40℃
How to Use:
1. Grasp the rebound hammer tester with both hands, press the rebound rod against the surface of the concrete, gently press the meter to release the button, and when the pressure is released, the rebound rod extends, visually observe the pointer marking at the reset marking on the scale.
2. Make the axes of the meter always perpendicular to the surface of the concrete and slowly and evenly apply pressure to the meter without shaking. After the hammer is detached and impacts the hammer rod, the hammer rebounds and drives the pointer to move backwards to a certain position, the engraved line on the pointer block indicates the rebound value on the scale.
3. Continue to hold the meter against the concrete surface for reading and recording the rebound value. If conditions are not conducive to reading, press the button to lock the movement, and then read and record the rebound value.
4. The impact rod of the meter is pressed against the concrete surface to gradually reduce the pressure on the meter, causing the impact rod to slowly extend before continuing with the other impact.
