A terminal block is an electrical component used to connect circuits in electrical equipment. Its function is to connect circuits between internal and external devices, transmitting signals (current and voltage). It also provides aesthetically pleasing wiring and easy maintenance. It provides secure PCB connections for industrial control systems, power supplies, automotive electronics, HVAC equipment, and telecommunications equipment.
The terminal blocks feature tinned brass conductors for secure insertion and removal, and excellent conductivity. The housing is made of PA66 nylon, offering high strength, toughness, durability, and abrasion resistance. Furthermore, they offer excellent heat resistance (105°C) and flame retardancy (UL94 V-0), ensuring safety before and after wiring. The transparent cover allows for direct visual inspection of the connection while ensuring secure wire retention.
Align the terminal block with PCB mounting holes, solder it into position, and secure wires using the screw-down terminals. Strip wires to 5-7mm length and tighten screws firmly to ensure optimal connection. The cover snaps shut for added safety.
Do not exceed the rated voltage/current specifications. Ensure the stripped length is appropriate and the screws are tightened for an optimal connection. Prevent loose connections. Suitable only for stranded wire within the specified AWG range. Store in a dry environment to maintain performance. The number of terminal blocks in each row is different, and the model can be determined according to the needs of engineering technical parameters.
