The nose cover eliminates the need for a separate nose clip and helps to easily equalize the air pressure in the nasal.

Instruction
1. Adjust the goggle straps so they fit comfortably on your head.
2. Put on your goggles and place the mask over the bridge of your nose.
3. Make sure the mask is secure by gently pinching your nostrils and exhaling through your nose to promote pressure equalization.
4. Test the seal by moving your head from side to side to check for leaks.

NOTE: Rinse the goggles with clean water after each use to remove salt, or debris that may affect the lenses.
