Item Type: MK-328 Transistor Tester

1. Key operation for automatic shutdown
2. Battery operation is possible because the shutdown current is only about 20mA
3. Automatic detection of NPN and PNP bipolar transistors, N- and P-channel MOSFETs, JFETs, diodes, dual diodes, unidirectional thyristors and bidirectional thyristors.
4. Automatically detect the pin layout of the detected parts.
5. Measure the current amplification factor of the bipolar transistor and the voltage of the base emitter threshold
6. Darlington transistor can be identified by the threshold voltage of high current amplification factor.
7. Measure the gate threshold voltage and gate capacity for MOSFET.
8. Measure and display up to four decimal digit values in the right dimension. All symbols are surrounded by the probe number of the Tester.So potentiometer. If the potentiometer is adjusted to one of its ends, the tester cannot distinguish the middle pin from the end pin.
9. The resistance measurement with resolution is 0.1° and can measure up to 50MΩ
