Four Wing Slotting Cutters
Available in radii ranging from R0.75 to R6 and in 2- or 3-blade designs to suit the needs of the entire process from fine machining to roughing.
The combination of ball and T-shape with the spherical design of the cutter head and the T-shape cutter body structure allows for efficient machining of complex 3D curved surfaces T-slots and side grooves which is particularly suitable for mould and die making and aerospace machining.
Adopting high hardness and quality tungsten steel material combined with alloy coating to reduce wear and improve wear resistance corrosion resistance and high temperature stability prolonging tool life.
The ball head structure enables precision machining of 3D curved surfaces arcs and grooves with excellent surface quality.
Suitable for carbon steel cast iron aluminium alloy stainless steel (including hardened steel below HRC60) and other metals.
