How to Use:
1.1 Preparation
1.1.1 When using the meter, users must follow standard safety rules:
‑ Universal electric shock protection
‑ Prevent misuse of the meter
1.1.2 Upon receiving the meter, check for any damage during transport.
1.1.3 After storage and shipping in harsh conditions, check and confirm if the meter is damaged.
1.1.4 The test leads must be in good condition. Before use, check if the insulation of the test leads is damaged and if the metal wire of the leads is exposed.
1.1.5 Using the test leads provided with the meter ensures safety; if necessary, replace with the same or equivalent grade of test leads.
1.2 Operation
1.2.1 When using, use the correct function and range.
1.2.2 Do not exceed the indicated value of the protection range for each range during measurement.
1.2.3 When connecting the meter to the measurement circuit, do not touch the tip of the test leads(metal part).
1.2.4 When measuring, if the voltage being measured is higher than 60V DC or 30V AC (rms), keep your fingers behind the guard of the test leads.
1.2.5 Do not measure voltage if the voltage between the measurement terminal and ground exceed AC 600V.
1.2.6 Before rotating the selector switch to change the measurement function, remove
