The ZP 500N Digital Force Gauge is a high-precision tool designed for tension, compression, and destructive tests. With a backlit LCD display and a data output function, it offers accurate and convenient force measurement.
Accurate Results
This push pull force gauge features a high precision of ±0.2%. It can measure forces up to 500N/110lbf/50kgf, with a division of 0.1N/0.1lbf/0.01kgf. The Baud rate is 2400sps, and the sampling speed is 1000 times/sec. Regular calibration is recommended for optimal performance.
Data Storage and Output
Extensive Data Storage: Force gauge can store up to 999 measurement data. You can directly view historical data on the backlit LCD display.
Data Analysis
Connect the force gauge to a computer via an RS-232 cable for in-depth analysis. USB output can be achieved through an RS232 to USB conversion output line, which is included in each package.

Usage Notes
Correct Force Direction: Always use the force in the correct direction to avoid damaging the sensor.
Avoid Overloading: Do not overload the gauge. The LED will flash to alert you if overloading occurs.
